Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless [Life By Design], its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, 'Releasees') from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees and court costs) that may arise in connection with Client’s participation in life coaching sessions or activities provided by Releasees. Client acknowledges that life coaching is a self-improvement process and is not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or legal advice. This indemnity applies regardless of whether the claim, liability, or loss was caused in part by the negligence of the Releasees, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Releasees.
